CoCo Coffee
A harmony of chocolate, sweet liqueur, smooth bourbon and bitter notes of coffee comes together in this CoCo Coffee cocktail, providing a reinterpretation of the classic espresso martini.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz rye bourbon
- ½ oz creme de cacao
- ½ oz coffee liqueur
- ½ oz vermouth sweet
- Dark chocolate, melted, for garnish
Directions
- Brush chocolate on outside of coupe glass; set aside in refrigerator.
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnish, in a mixing glass filled with ice; stir.
- Strain into prepared glass.
