Formiga is a blend of priorato grenache noir, carignan and syrah that is aged about nine months in an 80/20 mix of French and American oak. The attack is round and juicy with intense stony, black fruit aromas and similar smoky, savory, black cherry fruit flavors that fill the mouth.
