From a cellar carved out of Vouvray's soft limestone hills, this is chenin blanc at its juiciest, freshest, most yummiest, best. Pretty aromas and flavors of tropical fruits, quince and plum get lifted by a dusting of tangerine zest. It's round and generous through the steely, mouthwatering and dry mineral finish. Certainly fun to just drink and a fine match for fruit salsas and rich cheeses.
