An elegant yet complex wine that delivers structure, flavors and intense aromas. Using grapes grown in the cool climate region of Monterey County in California’s central coast, this pinot noir exudes fruit-forward flavors and aromas of wild strawberry, plum and cherry, with hints of spicy clove which adds richness and complexity. Winemaker Georgetta cold-soaked the whole berries for four days, then fermented them at cool temperatures to retain the fruit before pressing gently at dryness. The wine was aged in French oak.
