Made from a blend of alfalfa, orange blossom, sage and wildflower honey, sourced from bee keepers in Northern California. Blended into the mead is Chaucer’s Raspberry Wine, making up 15% of the blend. The vibrant raspberry wine is made from fresh California raspberries. Slightly dryer than our original mead, this wine finishes with lingering notes of fresh raspberries that marry beautifully with the rich honey flavor.
