Intense, cherry red color. The nose is pleasant with notes of ripe red fruit, hints of spice and vanilla. Very pleasant balance between structure and volume. Fruit aromas blend elegantly with woody notes. Good aging; it can be left to age longer to appreciate its qualities. Pair with mushroom toast, oven-roasted duck or even for pork knuckle with lentils.
