Good intensity on the nose with aromas of ripe white fruit (peach), citrus fruit and exotic fruit (passion fruit); all complemented by a light hint of smoke. Rich and complex on the palate, with hints of lemon, gooseberry and grapefruit, combined with perfectly integrated oak. With a good finish, this very elegant wine will be the ideal companion for a seafood stew, flambéed crayfish or cheese (such as Brillat Savarin, for example).
