Dark ruby color, indicative of a ripe vintage. Complex nose blending peppery and spicy notes with black fruit. The full and dense palate presents a nice fresh and fleshy fruit which comes to be added to the spices of the nose. The tannins are structuring but pleasant, and combine with the general freshness of the wine to open it up to very wide gastronomic capacities.
