Beautiful dark red color with purple reflections. Inviting nose, spicy, with fine notes of pepper and balanced wood. The appetizer is slightly delicious. Very aromatic with frank and fresh tannins. Elegant, balanced and gourmet at the same time. Ideal served between 16-19°C (60-63°F), with a charcuterie starter, grilled or roasted meat, a selection of cheese. Open one hour before serving.
