A bouquet of apple blossom, almond blossom and vanilla paste floats up out of the glass, delicate and intense. Electric acidity highlights notes of apple, pear, marzipan and honey. This wine is slim and dry, despite flavors that could easily turn confectionary. Pair with something creamy to offset the acidity, which becomes a bit tart on the finish.
