Tasting Notes

From the rich clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, 100% blue Weber agave, aged 7-9 years. Agave piñas are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours. The flavor is a result of an 80-hour fermentation process. Soft caramel and vanilla aromas lead into a perfect balance of sweetness from the blue Weber agave layered with hints of spice and barrel oak. Aged 14 months in premium American white oak barrels.
