Profile
Product Highlights
Intense straw yellow color with green reflections, the nose has varietal hints of ripe apricot and bitter almond: compared to the basic greco di tufo the hydrocarbon scents are more evident and decisive given the longer period of aging in the bottle. In the mouth great structure and minerals, reminiscent of citrus fruits associated with an evident flavor.
Excellent on raw fish and seafood main courses. Also very good on elaborate white meats and on herbal, medium-aged cheeses.
