Ninety percent of the vineyards we manage are over 40 years old, and at that time it was not unusual to associate verdicchio with other varieties, called "biancame" in jargon.

This wine, which is tinged with orange after a long maceration, was designed to enhance these "minor" grapes ferments and ages for six months on the fine lees.
