No doubting the key grain constituent here as the solidity of the nose is beyond question or reproach. Its only challenger is the oakey liquorice, though a hop like fruity bitterness also hangs in the air…so firm and rye laden! Typical muscovado sugars and molasses abound before a light mint and coffee softness moves in; that persistent vague bitterness does gather momentum towards the end; the truest rye I have seen from you yet; I take my hat off to you guys...quite literally.
