Bourbon Bramble
Believe it or not, the original bramble cocktail featured gin! Swapping it out for bourbon provides a savory component that’s perfect for celebrating National Bourbon Heritage Month in September, or anytime you want to sip on “America’s Native Spirit.”
Ingredients
- 2 oz Redemption Bourbon
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
- Raspberries, for garnish
- Mint sprig, for garnish
Directions
- Combine first three ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Float liqueur on top.
- Garnish with raspberries and mint sprig.
