Pale pink color with delicate aromas of peach and red fruit. Dry, with a balanced acidity and roundness. A combination of the complexity provided by the very old vineyard of Pedro Ximénez and the fresh and elegant aromas of the red varieties. Surprising and suggestive, served cold it's ideal as an appetizer and accompanying fish, seafood, rice, sushi and desserts.
