Young organic rosé wine from our flagship brand Nodus. The best grapes from our vineyards are selected to obtain this 100% bobal rosé. Once optimum ripeness has been reached, a short cold maceration is carried out, fermenting at a temperature of 12º C and then carrying out the traditional bleeding method, thus preserving the must with all the flavors and aromas of the grapes. Categorized as an organic wine from the 2018 vintage.
