Ruby red color with violet rims. Clean and bright. Aromas of ripe black fruit, slight hint of balsamic notes from the Monastrell variety. There´s toasted, spicy and smoked touches from the wood. On the palate it's elegant, complex and with ample depth. Pairs well with grilled meat and stews, cured cheeses and Iberian sausages.
