The final product is divine and hardly ‘Lazy.' Intoxicating aromas of fresh strawberries, rhubarb and raspberries leap from the glass. Dig a little deeper and discover a more serious ‘Lucy’ who exhibits crisp minerality and unique notes reminiscent of an ocean breeze. The palate is juicy and fresh with very pronounced acidity. This is the most sophisticated release yet of this wine and really represents uncanny value.
