Blackberry Sparkler
This simple yet elegant cocktail is so versatile. Whether you’re ringing in the new year, toasting a newly engaged couple, or looking for a refreshing sip on a warm summer evening, our Blackberry Sparkler, made with delightfully bubbly prosecco, makes any occasion special.

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp blackberry simple syrup*
- Ménage à Trois Prosecco
- Mint sprig, for garnish
- Blackberries, for garnish
*Blackberry simple syrup: Combine 1 cup blackberries, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil on high heat, then reduce to a simmer and let cook about 15 minutes (the blackberries will become soft and bright in color and a pinkish-purple syrup will form). Remove from heat, strain into an airtight container, let cool, then refrigerate.
Directions
- Pour blackberry simple syrup into flute glasses.
- Top with prosecco.
- Garnish with mint sprig and blackberries.
