A medium-dry white wine made from one of Germany's most distinguished grapes: the rivaner grown in Rheinhessen, an area of gently rolling hills neighboring the Rhine Valley. It's an ideal setting with a particularly mild climate, producing some of Germany's great wines. Black Tower's Rivaner grapes are crushed gently and fermented slowly to retain a grapey yet floral fragrance.
