The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, blended with 10% Shiraz, matured in 300-liter barrels. Blackcurrant and hints of blue fruit define the simple nose, but like the Chenin, it’s clean and fresh. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, a bit dry, with a savory, moderate-length finish. Drink this Cabernet over the next three or four years. Drink 2024 through 2028.
