A success for 2021, Cuvée Silex is well suited to chicken and pork dishes. In a career spanning more than 30 years, Bernard Fouquet established his 30ha domaine as one of Vouvray’s best. Fouquet has now retired and Charles Lesaffre has taken over. He used to be commercial director of Vignobles Feray, which includes Château Moncountour in Vouvray.
