Bee’s Freeze
The Bee’s Freeze blends one of our favorite summer sips into a refreshing, frosty treat. Cool down and sip on this frozen perfection.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Caledonia Spirits Barr Hill Gin
- 1 c ice
- 1 ½ oz honey syrup*
- 1 ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- Dehydrated lemon wheel, for garnish
- *Honey syrup: Combine ½ cup honey with ½ cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until honey is dissolved. Remove from heat, pour into an airtight container, let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnish, in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and pour into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel.
