Product Highlights
Made from all Pennsylvanian grains. Our mash bill consists of 78% Danko Rye, 11% malted rye, 6% Wapsie Valley Corn and 5% malted barley. It's then aged in new, 53-gallon white oak barrels with a No. 4 Char for a minimum of two years. The nose conveys the impression of lavender, mint and butterscotch. On the palate, expect floral and earthy notes, with accents of brown sugar and black peppercorn.
