Product Highlights

Made from all Pennsylvanian grains. Our mash bill consists of 70% Wapsie Valley Corn, 15% Danko Rye, 10% malted barley and 5% malted rye. It's then aged in new, 53-gallon white oak barrels with a No. 4 Char for a minimum of two years. It has a soft nose, displaying hints of oak, caramel and stone fruit. The palate is sweet and full, with notes of light baking spices, red fruits, vanilla and oak.
