Tasting Notes
Made with Caribbean Black Pearl molasses and distilled in a way to maintain a lot of the dark and rich molasses character. After distillation is complete, we spice it with a blend of cinnamon, cloves, star anise, vanilla bean, orange peel and allspice. After a week or so on the spices, we filter the rum and bring it down to 80 proof.
