Tasting Notes
100% Blue Weber agave aged for four to five months in American white oak barrels. Caramel, butterscotch, brown sugar, vanilla, custard cream, butter, powdery new dough, sweet agave, almond, citrus, cola nuts, mint, nutmeg, baking spices and oak aroma. Tastes of caramel, vanilla, banana cake, fruity, agave, grassy, anise, licorice, Red Hots candy, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking spice, whipped egg whites, oats, toasted bread, grain, oak and cedar on the palate. Toffee, vanilla, agave, wintergreen, anise, cinnamon. Oaky, smooth and super-elegant finish.
