Much of the Minho/Vinho Verde region sits on granite bedrock. That gives a strongly mineral edge to this wine, offering a tight texture and apple and kiwi flavors, with a squeeze of lemon at the end. The wine is young and needs to age further. Drink from 2023. Suitable for vegans.
