Everything is just right with this Cabernet Sauvignon made with a mixture of fruit from the Stanton and Bacchus Vineyards. The aromas are a nice mixture of sweet raspberries and earthy black currants (and a small amount of orange-pekoe tea). This wine has a full, round mouthfeel to accompany integrated tannins and a nice jolt of acidity. Balanced and elegant, it is rich, with concentrated flavors of Bing cherries, shredded coconut and orange peel. It's very easy to drink a second glass of this one.
