Sin Zin is a California classic. This 2017 is a rich zinfandel with flavors of black cherry, plum, black pepper, apricot and chocolate. The spicy finish really comes through as the wine sits in the glass, along with nuances of brown sugar and warm spices. This vintage has a nice, clean finish.

Ideal pairings include grilled meats, roasted poultry, braised short ribs, stews, tomato-based Italian dishes and hard cheeses. Try it with braised short ribs for family dinner.
