This homage to the Right Bank is one fine value. Its jammy blackberry and boysenberry aromas explode from the glass, followed by a rapid succession of cinnamon, basil and a trace of smoked meat. The wine feels light and lean in the mouth, with zippy acidity and nicely integrated tannins. Each sip tastes like drinking English breakfast tea with a blueberry scone.

Appealing for its zesty, medium-bodied currant and spice flavors, which finish with snappy tannins. Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink now through 2028. 1,777 cases made.
