This is farmed with no chemical treatments, fermented with natural occurring yeasts and has no sulfites added. Mostly Chardonnay, this Cremant features aromas of dry-roasted hazelnuts and almonds with a touch of lemon. Citrus flavors and almond flavors carry over to the palate and are backed with a zest of acidity and minerality.
