Fine Wine & Good Spirits' own Single Barrel from Knappogue Castle Irish Whiskey.
"The whiskey was aged for 12 years in first fill ex-bourbon American oak casks and is non-chill filtered. Each bottle is individually numbered and labeled. Knappogue Castle Single Malt Irish Whiskey is named for the majestic castle that stands in County Clare, Ireland, that was originally built in 1497. The castle was purchased in 1966 by Mark Edwin Andrews. He started bottling Knappogue Castle single malt whiskeys at a time when only blended whiskeys were popular in Ireland, hence the signature on the label. It’s a bit of Irish history in every dram!"
