About Finewineandgoodspirits.com
Finewineandgoodspirits.com is run by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board to provide alcohol-based products to
the people of Pennsylvania, but anyone can shop here. Pennsylvania law does not allow the shipment of alcohol to
your door, but you can pick up your order at any PA Wine & Spirits store. Use our store locator to find the store
nearest you.
 
How to Use This Site
You can shop for wine and spirits in several different ways. In the lower half of our homepage, you can
immediately begin browsing featured and new products. If you’d like to search by category, roll your mouse over
the menu at the top of the homepage. (For example, if you roll over the word “wine,” a second menu will appear
allowing you to select red or white.) You can continue to refine your search by selecting from any dropdown
menu. If you know exactly what you want, type the name of the wine into the search box at the upper right
corner of any page.

Hint: Search results will appear in alphabetical order, but you can sort them by clicking on a header—click on
“price” to bring the least expensive bottles to the top of the list, or click on it again to reverse the order and bring
the most expensive bottles to the top.

 
Placing an Order
It's easy to order at Fine Wine & Good Spirits. Simply place items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
You will be asked for your e-mail address, password, billing information and pickup location. We will keep your
information on file so the next time you shop with us, your checkout process will be even faster.

Note: If you select an item that we regularly carry in our stores, there is no need to order it—you can just come
by the store. Select “locate store” in the product listing to check availability and find a store near you.

 
Paying for an Order
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card/Novus, or American Express. Your billing information will be kept on
file to make your next purchase even easier.
 
Picking Up an Order
UPS 2-day ground service is offered to the PA Wine & Spirits store of your choice. For orders received before noon
Monday through Thursday, UPS will normally deliver it on the next business day. Please check which days a store is
open when selecting your pick up location, and be sure to bring a valid picture ID for age verification with you
when you pick up the product.
 
Tracking an Order
You can review the status of any order simply by clicking the My Account link at the top of every page. You will
also receive an e-mail from UPS when they have picked up your order from our fulfillment center. It will contain a
tracking number and a link to their web site, where you can track its movement to our store.
 
Sending Gifts
To order a gift for someone else, we need their name, contact information and a pickup location that would be
convenient for them. They will be notified when their order has shipped.
 
Sales Tax
Sales Tax Pennsylvania applies a sales tax and in some local municipalities there is an additional local tax on wine and spirits. Currently the tax rate is 6% with an additional 1% local tax in Allegheny and Philadelphia counties. The city of Philadelphia charges a 2% Sales Tax.
 
Our Return Policy
At Fine Wine & Good Spirits, our goal is your complete satisfaction.

Within 90 days of buying merchandise from Fine Wine & Good Spirits, customers with a receipt may return or exchange products to this store or any Fine Wine & Good Spirits store and receive an immediate cash refund (if a cash purchase) or credit card adjustment (if a credit card purchase).

More than 90 days after purchase, customers with a receipt will receive a gift card for the amount paid.

Customers without a receipt will receive a gift card for the lowest charged price for the merchandise in the previous 90 days. To be eligible for return or exchange, merchandise must still be carried by Fine Wine & Good Spirits. Returns over $50 require District Manager approval.

bottles each month.
