Tropical Hibiscus Rum Smash Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lime wedges
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 strawberry, sliced
  • 2 oz Bacardí Superior Rum
  • ¼ c coconut water
  • ¼ c passion fruit juice
  • Hibiscus tea*
  • * Hibiscus tea: Boil 1 cup water in a saucepan. Remove from heat. Add 2 tablespoons hibiscus flowers and 2 teaspoons honey. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Strain into a container and refrigerate.

Directions

  1. Muddle first two ingredients in a tall glass.
  2. Layer ice and strawberry slices.
  3. Add next three ingredients into prepared glass; stir gently.
  4. Top with hibiscus tea.
