Black-Eyed Susan
The Black-Eyed Susan is the official cocktail of the 👑👑🏇 Race. Created in 1973 by a longtime caterer at Pimlico, it was named after Maryland’s state flower.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Four Roses Straight Bourbon
- 1 oz Union Forge Vodka
- 1 oz DeKuyper Peachtree Peach Schnapps
- 2 oz Daily’s Sweet and Sour Mix
- 2 oz orange juice
- Orange wedge, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnish, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with orange wedge.
